Just make sure if you attend one of the many cruises this australian long weekend mind your driving, the cop's are going to be out in force raising some cash so be wary

under 15km/hr - 2 points & $124 fine 15-30km/hr - 4 points & $198 30km/hr over - instant loss of licence for 1 month & $553 30-45km/hr - 6months & $1500 fine
DD are going to start Thursday night and continue on till Monday Midnight |

Darwin peoples, where the points system doesnt exist, can disregard  Nah, thanks for sticking that up here. Still, I think its a buit rough they ping you for doing 63 in a 60 zone (or so I was told) in Victoria

yeah usually there is a 5km/hr tolerance as ppl with rims and even most stock cars from factory have the speedo out by a few kays, i dunno how it is in vic but here in NSW you really have to be doing more than 5km/hr to get fined... as far as fixed speed camera's are concerned they have a 10% tolerance which is re-assuring, but maybe they changed that now.. who knows |
