Yes Tas71e the car the dream the legend is now departed from the bitchumen.
*SIGHS* well lets see how did it all happen...
Me and my passenger who is only 12yrs old were driving home on pennant hills rd and we went through a set of lights and over the embankment well i was driving in lane 2 closest to oncoming traffic i come over the hill/embankment and the sun blazed through my window and when i cleared my vision a truck was pulling into my lane as if he didnt see me.
I shit bricks cos i only had a medium strip or death as my options so i slammed on the brakes into 1st gear and the car just glided like it was on ice losing all control i mount the medium strip airborne i land and do a 180 so im coming down the hill now near backwards i slow a little enogh to correct the car sideways so my nose is facing the gutter and i come to a halt.
My brain didnt react quick enough to my foot to step on it and try to get out of it and BOOM! I was T-Boned by a 85 suzuki swift 4 door sedan my passenger smashed his head on the seat belt buckle and was bleeding like a headless chicken the other driver suffered a broken foot and needed the jaws of life to be released.
All i can say is not once did anyone ask me how i was at all, yes i was the victim but i was also victimised
anyway ill draw a diagram so you can see illpost it later here are some pics of the damage

At least you two weren't too badly hurt. Looks like the car might be a write off though? Is the chassis bent?

amazingly the chassis wasnt damaged too much although it looks severe the damage is in 1 major area obviously but then it needs a new door and front quarter then rims so needless to say its a write off

i reckon the chasis twisted hard look how unaligned the bootlid is sitting when the rear quarter is damaged extensively they tend to write the car of fairly quickly

It's a write off I saw look I know a write off when I see one it's good for Cut and shut but, THink about it? still keep all the good stuff in front. Your lucky no one was hurt Compo would be good, but they proberly said it was your fualt, Soem times it's better to hit the thing in front. I could have avioded this guy when I was driving this BMW for a friend but what for Hit the civic sent it flying both right offs not my fualt but as the Civic had Run the Red it was late sunday night came coming to king goerges road and Canturbury Road I was on Canturbury going Bankstown way went green as I was doing about 50 hit it saw this CIvic I never hit the break never hit the break period just let the car land and parked the owner just said to me tunr it off beofre you cook the engine, As we wanted it for another BMW. but the COps thought I went through the light on RED as the the chick said she does not know what happend and of coursee COps don't belive two young guys and young 2 chicks that they were doing nothing wrong, I even said I could have been doing 70k's they thought we stole the BMW till paper checked out and 2 weeks later we get a letter from her Lawer saying it was our fault, we jsut sent it thought insurance, 3 weeks later we buy the BMW back of AAMI and the 2.8l six is in and older 323 BMW auto and all with breaks the lot.
But you just have to watch and never trust anyone
Somepeole thing I drive like miss Dasiy other think I am nuts I jsut drive to the conditions it maybe dark it maybe wet but 200km/h is always possible .

I doubt it would be worth a cut and shut i would get more from just a mere front cut and sell the rest to make matchbox cars
Yeah it was my fault and i was going home from work so i guess compo might be on the cards
