Thinking about replacing my drivers side seat with a nice SAAS item i came across on special.. only problem is its a passenger seat so the recliner handle will be on the wrong side =\
Would this SaaS seat have any trouble fitting to my 6? will i still be able to keep the height adjustment or will that have to come out? I emailed saas and they sent me the following....
| QUOTE | To my knowledge it will fit this vehicle as long as the original seats can be detached from the original sub frames. If this is possible then you should be able to attach the saas seats to the original frames with an adaptor kit. Failing this you can replace the original rails with the universal ones we supply to make the seats fit in.

Bleh god knows how much those kits are!!! any1 know if we can detach the seats from the sub-frame? i assume that means the factory rails stay inplace if thats the case? |

Well hard to understand what they are saying but you put thme in on new rails it's how most work with Mazda's because Mazda rivet there rails to the fram supports under the bottom so if you sepearte them you cant put back to geather real well, but if you only want the bottom frame support and no the running rails it may work you maybe able to use bolts and or wled it all up.
