ok, I need a little help with the temp guage, it sorta aint working.
I'm runnin an alloy head on cast block in a TE Cortina, I am a little warried, as I dont want to cook the motor, (done this before, dont want to do it again), but on the other hand, she used to run hot bfore I got the extra work done to the motor, (used to run a cast head tho), the temp guage isnt working and I wouild like some help on how to hook it up, I am runnin the stock guages.
to any-one who can help, please do so.
Thanks.

Have you connected the wire up to the temp switch on the front of the engine? it's located near the thermostat housing somewhere. not exactly sure how far away etc. but its near there.
