Can I have some help on some D.I.Y air intake mods and wat would be the best for the VL commodore

You'll find that it doesn't give you a massive power increase!.... so don't expect much! smile.gif My advice would be to cut into the floor from the original airbox.... and just use some pvc piping to channel the air!!!!! cheap and effective, Just get a K&N panel filter to make sure you are gettin max air flow~ If you want ot get a pod.... Well just position it near your headlight! and remove headlight when you want to go hard!~~~~ just watch out for cops lol

heres evil's mod for ford falcons... it will point you in the right direction... a heat sheild like his developed is a good idea..

also another thing to note you can get ultra flex 3inch piping from pirtek for around $15 a meter, this stuff handles very high temp's and is extremely flexible so you wont have to worry about getting the design wrong cool.gif

dont expect too much... but it is definately worth the price effort... $40 for the filter (reusable too) and maybe $30 for the piping wink.gif
