Got a chiptorque chip to lift the boost cut, first gens cut out at 11.999 and the only way around it is to either chip it, after market ecu or fuk around with the vaf so the computer doesnt realise wtf is going on rolleyes.gif

Seriously though there is no need to do any modz on the ecu unless you've done some serious modz and your mixtures are playing up.. ie cams, head-work.. stuff like exhaust, extractors really wont net any worth while gains with a chip... your car will run better and be tuned with advanced timing and higher octane but really its not worth it if thats all you have.. imho anywayz icon4.gif

i am no fan of any chips at all, well basically anything that piggy backs ...

best experiences are with standalone units

upgraded from STD ecu to XR6 ecu ... good move, upgraded to chiptorque chip with XR6 ecu, bad move, downgraded to standalone XR6 ecu, good move

best move: get rid of ecu
