any easy way of installing them?
any tips I need to know, or should I jsut get it done by a pro?

V8 Wagon:
Place the sunroof where you want it, measure diagonally back from the pillars to make sure its square, and mark around it. Then get someone to help you line up the interior by eye, and use a stanley knife to cut a diagonal cross in the roof lining. A nibbler would work well but you can use a jigsaw with a metal blade to cut the hole in the roof, then file it clean and prime the bare metal. Then mask the area around the sunroof and use enough silcon that it wont leak. Then trim the roof lining and bolt the two halfs together.
Or you could just pay a proffesional.

where can i get info on aftermarket/2nd hand sunroofs and how much would i be looking at ?

V8 Wagon:
wreckers are always a good place to start, I'd expect to pay at least $50 bucks for a reasonable one, it all depends what type they are, what condition there in, where your shopping and who you are. If you can find one, the original TE ones are great, they drop down and wind back into the roof lining. they would be a little more complicated to fit though.
