Hey Guys,

I was bored so i decided to make a list of all the future modz that the 6 requires for it to be considered "complete". Anywayz after a few grand i thought it would be interesting to see how much money i've spent thus far of the beast and well i wasnt too happy with the amount, hopefully you guys can make me feel better with your totals biggrin.gif

Mx6 Turbo: $9300
Modifications: $8500

Total: $17, 800

thats excluding insurance, maintenance and rego. Worst of all i've still got $3500 left to spend on the car to finish up the performance, handling and interior modz...

you can pick up these things for 5k these days crying.gif

Its all perceived value (which is why many people think you are crazy for 'wasting' your money) but you just accept that you have zero chance of ever recouping your "investment" and do it anyway! They are just toys after all!!! :-)

OK I can make you feel better
89 MX6 turbo.............$1900
modifications.............$8900
and right now still need pistons $550
rings and bearings.......$?
machine shop bill........$??
and the new turbo is around $700
Then if you count the tickets aquired with this car another $2500

and this is also counting that I paid about 1/2 price for exhaust, suspension, nitrous kit, flywheel, lsd and couple other little things.

*mx68u what is the exchange rate from US$ to Aust$?
