Since i enjoy performance and already love the straight lines of the 1st gen mx6 it would have to be either of the first two. Although induction modz were fun to do and did yield decent gains i will have to go with the chiptorque chip. All i can remember is when i picked up my car i was feeling a little depressed from parting with a significant amount of cash which of course was instantly cured when i felt the accelerator pedal on the way home... ear to ear |

Well since the only real mod Ive done is The catback exhaust system I'd have to say that Changed the car a lot. Louder and a different beast.

Suspension for me Alot of cars are good enough from factory every wear but Suspension setup
I have driven some cars wear the cars motor is enough to make the car feel good brakes are fine every thing (MX-6 is n the demanding area)
I take the Wagon, It's boring to look at nothing to flash but it makes up for that with a stiff chassis (not perfect but quite good ) and engine that moves the car with torque so you can really pull the car out a corner. The one thing I like about my suspension in it is the rear springs are slightly stiffer and being FWD with a long wheel base it can get the rear a little loose at anything tight over 50k's Just fun. Plus it does everything you need with ease in a city. Just misses the 15 inch sub in the back
Overall. I have always gone do what you find is your thing.
If you like to go fast do what my mate did STRIGHT LINE 450HP engine
If you like your corners do your suspension ( I like them)
Like looks do your wheels drop it body kit it ETC
but if your like me over all, you fix up the areas where the car fails for you. Brakes is sometihng I eat alot. So it's an area I would like ot fix on alot of cars.

I had to say Appearance... After all, the appearance of the car is what gets the looks in the first place ...
Either that or the sound system blaring... It's nice to see ppl dancing when I cruise thru the city...

induction modz are pretty much the bee's knees of modz but you do run into some serious problems if you havent sorted out the ecu for example... i could only get so far with induction modz on my car due to boost/fuel cut so the ecu was definately the most rewarding...
btw this poll was really only a test one for the new layout of the site... if anyone comes up with another poll ill be sure to include it on the homepage |
