(Well I hav no photo's up yet but I will do it to the Wagon so I will have photo's then )

I noticed on both of our car that the windscrean wippers and the black grill air intake strip was startign to fade but msotly the wippers. So I resprayed them "Satin Balck "

Satin black gives a nice not too so glossy finsih almost factory I really liek the results on the wipers on my Mx-6 looks like new.

The grill /air intake underneath I polished up and waxed and it came up jsut the same black color and it looks a treat.

So instead o goign out and putting some sort of
Nasty fancy some what Ricey colored wippers thingk about bring them back to black.

where did you get the "Satin black" paint from? is it anything like "matt black"?

becoz my car has been lowered a bit at the front i constantly scrap the front spoiler which results in this greyish colour that highlights the damage. After pulling them off and spraying the with "Matt black" paint they came out like new, had to sand them back quite a bit tho just to make them all nice and smooth cool2.gif

Actually to paint the Wipers I used Normal Exterior house style spray paint
Not mcuh difference to car paint most car paints jsut hold better to bog and metal primer.
Satin is best in my opinion not as flat as matt and not a High gloss like Gloss

I also polished the trim below the wipers too.
