mx68u - The rubbing strips are the same colour, and they only lie where it is indented. I just saw the bars today, and they are the same paint again, and damn do they look good!
90tx5 - I think some of the larger gt25's would be good for your car. Also a IHI Vf22 could be a good bet.
BTW did you see an 'odd' looking blue R31 skyline today while driving around?

looks great tx5.. not ricey at all unless you acutally rice it up with some hardcore go fast bits that dont actually make ur car faster whilst keeping the performance stock.. now thats rice!
lets keep this thread on topic guys |

Rims are on hold for a little while. I did have the $$ for them, but then things came up like rego, insurance, a trip to brisbane I decided to have, uni fee's, text books yadda ya, the list goes on.
Its being done by auto illusions in mt louisa. Cost is probably more than I should be spending on a tx5.
Dont worry though, performance hasnt been completely negleted, although i feel handling and breaking performance might be next on the agenda. Then the power chase continues.
Yeah dont worry about that R31, its a bucket. Would beat it to 100 i suspect, but i think it would come hammering past after that. |

Now that I am thinking about it I really shouldn't have these molded into my car, but I can't help wanting to see the puzzled looks on peoples faces. I'm second guessing my self now

its surprising how much the mx6 looks like the skyline from certain angles, those lights should really confuse ppl
the mx6 is most certainly a sleeper.. most ppl think that becoz its only got 108kw's its a nugget, what they dont realise is the broad power band |

yes even though they have 108kw they still blow like stnd commodores away(140-150kw) hahaha shita's
but yeah they do look alot like a skyline, and personnaly i think that it's a choice idea, u would spin alot of people out!
how hard would it be though????

well, the way I want to do it, would only require cutting the trunk in the same curve as the inside edge of the tail light. And I would make the lenses on the 6's trunk a flat piece of shhet metal, but still leave thespot for the plate.

ODIN - Unfortunately that only lists prices for a wing, something a tx5 looks better without IMO.
I did have a bookmark with a couple jetspeed custom kits, but it doesnt seem to be working. Go to www.jetspeed.com and go through the custom kit option. Selecting ford telstra <-- which they spelt like that. They have a couple small pics, but when you click on them they dont work anyway. Can sorta get an idea though. |

Well I'm not susre what kind of car that you have and what kind of plans you have for it...Sleepers are awesome if you want more performance than show....but then again I went more show than go for mine...It's all a personal preference...
