absolutely shocking odin! $1.13/ltr is an outrage esp when the conflict in iraq (the supposed reason for the sudden increase) has nothing to do with our petrol supply...
it looks like the average price for 98octane fuel in sydney for the last week has been around .95 to 1.05/ltr, at least from what i've seen. Its time like these that people start going to the el cheapo no name servo's, thats a bad idea in my opinion |

wel up here in the territory we look at about $0.98/ltr for crap 89-91 octain. Any higher octain fuel simply isnt available.
If we're are unlucky enough to own a car that still needs leaded or lead-replacment... mabey around $1.20/ltr

Payed $1.03 for fuel tonight...it was onyl the bike though, so it didnt hurt too much. In all honesty I would pay $1.13 for Optimax if it was up here, I mean, we love our cars, and I dont know about you, but I would pay anything just to drive my baby around. (Baby is the car, not the girlfriend....) I heard from a mate up here, he checked out the fuel companies, Mobil seemed most interested in bringing their Synergy stuff up here...their LRP was AWESOME in my mini, and the 8000 was the shit for the Lancer, it almost smiled to get that into it.

Here in the states I just paid $2.05 a gallon for Sunoco Ultra 94 octane. To think I was shocked when I paid $1.94 last week.
