250 X-flow, I need to hook the heater back up, what hose goes where, and does it really matter which way they go on or not?

1tina:
I still need some help as to which hose goes where, theres only 1 motor that I can look at here, but its running a cast head, so its pretty much useless looking at it, I need to run the heater to help cool the motor down a little, as she is runnin hotter than usual...
please help.
Thanks.

SikXC:
it shouldnt matter about the other engine whether its cast or alloy as the heater hoses connect to the water pump the same way.

1tina:
on the cast head, the hoses go into the inlet manifold, but with the alloy heads, there is no water flow thru the manifold, so it doent connect to the manifold at all, it connects to the water pump at the front of the motor

WHOHOO ... got my opens today ... as much as it would matter to me anyway
