AHH yes I was there this afternoon at 3pm 2 hours before it opened to the public Of course anybody culd have FORD PR guys were out to get buyers big Time. They gave us drinks a bit o bread and lovely assistants to look at when they bent over (okay all car makers went to that effort)
Okay TURBO FORD it's good nice overall. Would I buy one maybe I think them intercoolers lok just right for the Mx-6 so they will cost in the insurance. I know thinking like a crook is not good but be logical I know already how many people are think that way before me. I think BF you may have to wathc thme TAXI's 182KW and 8seconds flat from a TAXI danger for all thme ricers now.
I like the V8's as well.Focus was there and well Ithin kthe Laser is better but they wil ltry this not my cup of Coke Enough on them Now to MAZDA
MAZDA
RX-8 on display in a nice Orange -red. A number of Mazda 6 including Wagon and Mazda 2. Half cut away Mazda 6 and motor made well a good inspection of it's internals. VRIS or what ever you want to call buterflys inside the manifold still exist. ON sall soem great numberplate covers with ZOOM ZOOM on them. Oh yeah I will get soem next time I go. (Yes I am going again tihs time with the Big Man )
Subaru well other then a car on a Dyno which well would be advertising DynoDynamics Dynos and the WRX at the same time (old one mind you) Nothing new if you have been nothing new same old subroots.
Holden's well you had the HRT I think 427 waht ever that 7litre thing is big I liked it carbon fibre intakes custom this perfect race engine reminded me of the good old Group A VL's of the 80's
AaaaHHH..... SO they ahd a 4WD V8 liked the color. New Vectra and the rest of the range. If you like Holdens you will like the display.
Toyota intersting Displays a Subbed up Corrollla which well they thouht was good but Doran pro Audio well woudl but to shame with one sub, not 3. Echo Turbo ???? Maybe they said
Lexus well I will wait to see what the Big man says he gets to ride in a lot sometimes.
WE had a look at the mercs Nice as my ood buddy I wnet with has a SLK already we were surprised what happend to them none on show. But you know lots of different ones.
All your other makes including Honda, Type R well still had that light clutch pedalno much foot space for me.
I didn't lookat nissan other thne the 350Z looks abit like a Audi TT ifyou like you like it. If your like me You don't care as long as it goes. Your special brands and cars were all there but hey we all love to dream about them. I have had the lucky chance to sit and be driven in one. Even a Limo Ferrari but hey 10year old Ferrari limo is better then nothing.
THe Bikes were out but well I like 4 wheels better. GSX R-1000 I had have a better look at. Honda had some thing?
Oh yeah as for Grand JEEP crap. Sorry to say but quality control was well = ****. We closed the sunroof blind then tryed to opend it the material coverings came off.
I told off all 4WD owners by not looking at any discoverys but Porsche Cayenne was on display.
Mini well first time I had a look under the hood. in ten years insurance job is an easy kick into the front gaurd no space or room for impact. $$$$$$$$$ to fix.
Depending on what you like, I found nothing to really look at if you just liek cars other then the BARRA Camry and Mazda 6 (well every thing else is old nothing new really or you coudl sit in)
Unless you are looking at buying a car in 12 months why bother paying $15 I got in for free anyway.
but if you do go you never know who you may see?????

lol sounds like you found it pretty average.. so not too many new cars.. not too much to see eh... i wasnt even aware it was on.. then again the only form of media i've experieced in the past few weeks is 96.9 so that pretty much explains it...
lol love the thinkin on chopped intercoolers... lol let me know if you come across a couple
