Hey Guys,

Came across this very useful link, not sure if it covers all of australia since its located within the nsw subsection of the RTA site but i would assume so, maybe someone can verify this icon4.gif

Anywayz.. im pretty happy since i've got this result

You have a total of 7 demerit point(s) on your licence. Your last recorded offence was on 28 August 2001.

Your licence will be suspended for demerit points if your total reaches or exceeds 12.

Shouldnt be too long till i receive back those 7 points, unfortunately i just mailed off a $190 fine for speeding which carries a 3 point fine.. wacko.gif

Some useful other features include info on any registered vehicle, Notice of disposal and you can get your driving record mailed off to you, unfortunately they want $15 for that bah!

anywayz.. its worth a look

im not sure what the situation is with suspensions and so forth but if you've just lost say 3 points for speeding you will receive them back in 3 years from the date of the offence... quite a while i know dry.gif

hmmm interesting thing.. my mate checked his record and was surprised to see he had so many demerit points. He was actually expecting to lose some after the 3 year rule so he phoned in and ask an RTA officer and apparently the online system was incorrect.
