Hey guy's I used to make them up out of Truck cores that were only in "Perfect" condition & I do all of the TIG welding myself, So it's up to you on what type of tank you want.
I can't get them anymore cause my supplier had to send them back to Garrett to get re-melted. When I make up an intercooler I also get them pressure tested as well.
Go and Talk to Vern at "Crawfords mechanical" & tell him that Lee sent you. He can now make up Intercooler kit's to suit your car including piping & mounting ect...They are VERY good kit's

this is the Isuzu NPR intercooler......I had to cut my bumper a little to make it fit, but I don't mind
I watched my intake air temps drop 25-35 degrees F since I have put this one on

to boosted rotor!
is this lee???
if it is i was going to get u to make me a cooler. and i don't like crawfords, i know u work for them. it's just they fucked around with my friends vr4 galant. gave him a huge bill, and then mick fucked his car
blew his gear box 5th and reverse, and also that excuse for a manifold has now cracked
i am not saying they r bad, it's just they don't have a good name anymore

http://adelaide.citysearch.com.au/E/V/ADEL...53/85/47/6.html
im pretty sure you should be able to source something for them, if anything it indicates that the cooler is obtainable here in oz
btw red any idea on what series NPR that came off, looks like there might be a few models out there, better yet any idea on the year model?

true EVL, im not saying they are better or even as good as an aftermarket purpose made intercooler, but the fact remains it will still be a very good upgrade compared to the stock one
since im poor as its really the only option i have atm |

nice cooler DSR, good to see that such a large cooler will fit in a probes nose. I've actually getting my delivered atm, still in "transit" but hopefully will have it by next week.. for a measly $500 too
