i have just put in cold air induction, but i put a pannel filter in the standard box, and had the left pannel pulled of and where the factory intake pipe is i had a custom cold air pipe run from my box to the front of my bar. then had stainless steel put from air scenser to my turbo.
works well improvement

| It just recquires a lil bit of thought have a look where you can run some ducting to the front bar. Use a bit of imagination modify your airbox and run a cold air feed into it use your KN panel filter in the box. |

if you do move the battery then i assume you will relocate it to the boot?
if you have the time and your really after a good setup then go for it, you will need an expensive new battery box to contain the battery for it to be legal
in any event your objective is to get the air just after the airflow meter as close to ambient temperature as possible. Its not really that hard but you do need to study your engine bay, figure out how you want your setup to work/look and make a shopping list.
If you plan on changing the computer or modding it to remove the afm in the future then dont bother relocating the battery, there is no real need, besides the additional weight above the front wheels is a good thing |
