Hi, I need to do the CV boots on my 91 MX6. Can anyone tell me which way the hub nuts are threaded. Having a lot of trouble undoing them. Thought maybe the left hand side is a reverse thread???
Thanks Ado |

They should be threaded no different than anything else. Could be a pain to get them off if it has been awhile since they have been change, which sounds like it has been. Good luck!

| hey bud those nuts are torqued way up there 150 200 ft/lbs plus ... impact them out or a large breaker bar or....split the nut and get a new one!!! your axle assembly is worth about 80 dollars canadian to replace with a new axle...hmmmm that sounds like a good way to cure your boot blues! |

| Thanks for all your suggestions. I was being careful not to break anything.....seems more force would be in order! |
